Moss Insurance Group offers a wide array of employee benefit programs through our association with Bainswest Benefits. Bainswest Benefits is a consortium of insurance agencies, Moss Insurance Group plus another Arkansas agency and four agencies located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bainswest Benefits was formed to provide an enhanced level of employee benefit products and services to the clientele of its member agencies.


Bainswest Benefits' staff is both professional and experienced. Carol Anderson heads up our benefit organization. Carol and her assistant, Robyn Gaddis, have years of experience in designing and servicing employee benefit programs.


We will only represent insurance carriers that are highly rated and financially strong. While the market is uncertain, and we cannot predict what companies will stay in or go out, we do feel that representing quality carriers can only help you have more comfort with your decisions. We have seen great volatility in the employee benefit marketplace in the past several years and have been instrumental in helping employers like you make transitions from difficult situations.
